Sandburg’s boys basketball team heads into the Jack Tosh Holiday Classic with some momentum.

The Eagles, who are scheduled to face Lyons Township in the 32-team tournament at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 26, snapped a four-game losing streak with a 51-45 victory over Southland Prep on Saturday, Dec. 21 at the Crete-Monee Showcase.

Kaled Salah led the Eagles (4-5) with 14 points, Jordan Phillips had 13 and Leo Serdar 11.
