An early morning fire at The Patio in Orland Park could have been worse if it was not for a sprinkler that controlled the fire and minimized damage, according to fire officials. Orland Fire Protection District personnel were dispatched around 1:30 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 22, for an activated fire alarm at the restaurant, 7830 W. 159th St., according to a press release issued the same day by district spokesperson Ran Hanania.
