A spring salad served during the dinner featured apples, strawberries and spinach, tossed in a lemon honey vinaigrette infused with sunflower seed oil.
Rock Bottom’s Chicago-Style Fish Street Taco featured beer-battered salmon and Dijon slaw, topped with “picke-de-gallo,” served on a corn tortilla, with a side of smoked elote.
