Orland Fire Protection District reportedly found a way to stifle a pool deck blaze before it was able to cause much damage to a nearby home. The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. Aug. 3 in the 100 block of Windmill Road in Orland Park, according to a press release issued the next day by the district.
