In the May 9 issue, a letter to the editor was published, titled “Knock it off with the robocalls.” The author wrote, “I am so very tired of getting these horrible, hateful phone calls from the politicians that apparently ‘lost’ the last election.”

Robo calls started against the construction of 9750 between 2012 - 2013 in Orland Park. They were also used in October 2016 to invigorate the residents to show up to the Board meeting and express their displeasure with the spiking of the previous mayor's salary and pension. Ms. O'Brien may not recall these because she probably did not live in the Village at that time.

obably did not live in the Village during that time frame.
