David Sotomayor’s autograph request for former White Sox slugger Frank Thomas was too important for him to miss out on by being too far back in line. So, the 59-year-old Orland Park resident arrived to the meet and greet with “The Big Hurt” at 8 a.m. — an entire three hours before the doors opened.
