With a regularly changing menu and beer selection, there always is something to keep boredom at bay at Tribes.
It is one of the ways owner Niall Freyne tries to make Tribes stick out from other area restaurants.
“It’s our job to keep reintroducing new things,” said Freyne, who said he thinks the vast majority of people enjoy and even prefer trying new things. “We don’t want to be people to be so bored because it’s the same old menu all the time.”
