Orland Park police are on the lookout for a man who allegedly robbed a gas station Saturday, Jan. 12.
In a press release issued Monday, Jan. 14, police said they received a call for an armed robbery from the Mobil Gas Station, 14300 S. LaGrange Road in Orland Park.
According to police, a clerk said a male with a knife approached the counter and demanded cash. The man reportedly took the money, punched the clerk in the face and fled westbound on foot through a vacant lot.
Police described the suspect as a 5-foot-5 white male with a light goatee and medium build. He was seen wearing a large camouflage jacket with a hood, light-colored jeans, and gray or white athletic-style shoes.
