An Orland Park man was indicted in a Bridgeview court on 14 counts of aggravated driving under the influence Tuesday, July 31, after a July 8 accident left a 51-year-old Lockport woman dead.
The Cook County State's Attorney office confirmed the indictments against Matthew Senica, 25, as well as an additional indictment of one count of reckless homicide Wednesday, Aug. 1.
Senica, 25, allegedly ran a red light and crashed into Heidi Roseen's car in excess of 60 mph July 8, according to Frank Bilecki, spokesman for the Cook County Sheriff's Department.
The accident occurred around 6:20 a.m. at the intersection of LaGrange Road and 95th Street.
Senica's next court date — for arraignment — is scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 16, in Bridgeview.
